An expectation that our programs will grow stronger in the community and become a household word, so that we may care for more who are in need. 2. An expectation that nationwide recognitions will come, other entities will come on board and assist us, and we will be thrust into the positions of meeting needs every week. 3. An expectation that we will fully implement the X-Factor Program. 4. An expectation that more sponsors and supporters will come to help us in this effort. 5. An expectation that more volunteers will come to help and those that are already volunteering will be strengthened with a stronger commitment to continue to Make A Difference. 6. An expectation that we will develop workshops and seminars to get the word out faster and pass it on to others to visit our website. 7. An expectation that we will in the first year build a client list of as many young adults and adults in need of our services in the community, and create a word of mouth list of potential clients of at least 5,000 new people. 8. An expectation that Fortune 500 Companies and funding groups will become totally committed to helping us help the inner-city youth, as well as low-income adults. 9. An expectation that more people will come to realize that we are our brother’s keeper. 10. College Student stepping up to the plate to assist S.I.C. “Internships Program.” 4. S.I.C. Mentors needed for kids and adults 5. S. I.C. chartered for the State of Texas (seeking other locations) 6. S.I.C. Programs need your donations 7. Volunteers needed to work with at-risk youth, also Volunteers needed to help train youth and adults
